    Hi All,

    I'm throwing this out to see if I can get some suggestions/ideas/advice.

    We are in the progress of migrating to Dynamics 365 from an older CRM platform. There are a couple of smallish business units utilising Dynamics at the moment, with a significant number of users coming on-board in the middle of the year.

    I'm keen to know what other admins are doing or would suggest in terms of system monitoring and alerting. We recently experienced an issue with our Exchange synchronisation that didn't get picked up for a couple of days, due to a lack of visible alerting on errors of this type.

    I'm aware of things like the analytics available in the Power Platform admin centre, and also the Server-Side Sync monitoring dashboard in Dynamics itself, but we don't have the option to just have someone sit and monitor these 24/7.

    What tools/solutions have been successful, and which ones have not?
