    Hello everyone,

Is there a way to know if a record is changed in Resco Mobile or in the UI Web Interface(Not Mobile)?

It depends how your mobile app is configured. Resco has Mobile Auditing Records that track transactions across records and the users who made the changes. If Auditing has been turned on for the entity you are interested in then yes you should be able to tell if the change was mobile versus web since it only tracks the mobile changes. The Mobile Auditing Records can be found in the Web interface under Settings --> MobileCRM --> Mobile Audit.

    hello,

I want to share with the community this:

"Mobile Audit is used to generate information about user actions for specified entities. E.g. to check user adoption, and whether the Mobile CRM app is used the way it should, when and where it should be used. Additional pricing is only in case you want to use Google Maps API key to see audit records on a map (if you track also the GPS position of audit records) by purchasing/use of the Google Maps API key.

More information can be found in our documentation

    or here
