Knowledge Base Articles

    Does anyone use the Knowledge Base? If so, how are you handling documents in your knowledge base that you are not creating directly inside of Dynamics as "articles"?  We want to try to use this functionality but we have .pdf documents and/or videos that we would want to render with the cases.   These are complicated documents detailing information like schematics or wiring diagrams that we would want to make available in cases.

    Hi Mary,

    There is now a field type of "File" available in D365:

    Not sure which version you are on, but this might be useful. Keep in mind that the max file size is 128MB. Hope this helps
