    Hi,

    Does anyone has any experience with Dynamics 365 Integration Plugin for WordPress (AlexaCRM) or any other similar plugin. We are working on a project to display CRM 365 Products in our WordPress website​ which we are building. We have been able to display the products from a view in CRM so far but having issues displaying attachments from the Note area of a given product. So far we have the product listing (product view in CRM) working and on clicking a product it displays a page which has the product details (this is tied to a product form in CRM). We want to have an attachment (pdf ) display and downloadable from the product detail page from the website, this pdf is attached to that given product in CRM under Notes (Annotation).

    We are also using this same plug-in for lead generation from the website and it is working perfectly. Just wanted to hear whether anyone has any experience with attachments. Thanks!

    Hi Debargh

    If you are a subscriber you can email us directly at support@alexacrm.com. For the free plugin support I recommend that you use WordPress forum dedicated to the plugin. This is the place that we monitor and check on a regular basis.

    As for your question, you can use attachmentUrl twig function to get the link to the attachment.
