    Hi all,
We're on Dynamics 365 Online CE v9x and are testing the new Unified Interface.  When I create an opportunity I get the following Unable to switch to new business process flow message and the BPF that is displayed is the out-of-the-box Opportunity Sales Process which we don't use.

When I go to Process > Switch Process...

...the only BPF listed is Opportunity Sales Process.

No BPF's are listed in Archived Processes...

Here is the Order Process Flow for the BPF's...

I've deactivated all the Opportunity BPF's apart from Product Selling Sales Pipeline and still get the same Unable to switch to new business process flow message as well as no BPF showing on the Opportunity form.

I've compared the Product Selling Sales Pipeline and Opportunity Sales Process BPF's and can't see any obvious differences in how they are set up.

The only thing I can think of is that it might be the way the Category's are set up but this might be a red herring.

Has anyone come across this or have any ideas what might be going on?

    Thanks.

@Mark Aston - Since you are using the new UI, be sure the BPF has been added to the model-driven app. Navigate to Settings/Customizations/Customize. Scroll down on the left-hand side to the option of Model-Driven Apps. Open the "Sales Hub" app. You should see a tile for Business Processes. Make sure the second BPF has a checkmark. If not, check it, then Save and Publish.

Sorry, I liked your message but couldn't remember if there was something else.  Found the Best Answer option now.  Will remember to do this in future.

    Thanks again.

    Hi,

I am not able to even find the Opportunity Sales Process BPF in my tenant. It looks like it has been replaced by the Project Service - Opportunity Sales Process which is made up of entirely different stages.

Is their a way to get the original BPF back?

I find the PSA app quite invasive

    Kind regards

Hi @Gavin Embley, if you no longer have the BPF in any of your environments then I think the only option is if you have the BPF in an archive solution layer that you could re-install into an environment that isn't part of your release pipeline.  You can then create a new solution layer with only the BPF and any required dependent components and then install this back into the required environment (e.g. Development).  Hope this helps.

Thank you Mark for the suggestion.

Potentially could you create a new environment in your tenant, take the opportunity process flow from that solution and then filter through your environments in a Dev pipeline?

Unless you have specifically added your BPF's into the app you are using (i.e. if you are using Sales Hub your BPF's may not be added to the app) you will need to add them in using the make.powerapp.com when you edit that specific app.  Add your BPF's here and then save and publish the app.  Once you do this your processes should be present for use.
