Qualify button not working in new UI

I am testing the new user interface and am having an issue with the Qualify button on the Lead record.  When I click on Qualify, it just says 'Loading' (screenshot attached). We worked with a partner previously, who set-up a drop down menu for our Qualify button.  That customization is causing the issue in the new user interface.  We have verified the properties on all four buttons in the Ribbon Workbench associated with the Qualify button and they all match the ones that are out of the box.  We have also reviewed the Javascript located under Web Resources and don't see anything there that sounds like it would be affecting the Qualify button.  Is there some other place that we should look for what could be causing this?

    Thank you in advance!

To know what's happening for sure when you click the button, you can have an f12 debugging window open with a breakpoint set in the JavaScript. This way you can see if the button is working as expected and calling the function in the JavaScript. If it doesn't hit the breakpoint, then even though the button properties look correct in Ribbon Workbench, and even though the JavaScript looks correct in the web resource area, something might not be wired up right. I remember something a long time ago about a $ symbol in the path for a web resource, but I'm fuzzy on the details of what that issue was.

I just noticed in the screen shot that it looks like a flyout button. Check out this posting and see if it's helpful: https://community.dynamics.com/365/b/muhsudcrmblog/posts/dynamically-populating-ribbon-flyout-menu-in-unified-interface
