    We have our CRM site set to allow pop-ups.  However, we have several users that receive the message that the "CRM window was unable to open and may have been blocked by a pop-up blocker.  Please add this server to the list of sites....."  We have universally done that on all user machines.   I have double checked on the individual users machines and it is set correctly.  However, they can't get the window to open.  Is anyone else experiencing this concern?

    Jennifer,

    We had a similar issue where users were reporting pop-ups being blocked in Chrome.  It seemed to be related to the version of Chrome. Once Google released version 76.x, this issue seemed to go away.

    The latest official build is 76.0.3809.100 (64-bit)

    Thank you Robert, I confirmed we are using that version. However, we are still facing issue.

    Have you tried clearing the cache in Chrome?  I've run into similar issues and ultimately clearing the browser cache worked.  Just an opinion, but Chrome seems to have more issues with Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement than Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, or Safari.  We tell folks to use Firefox for PCs and Safari for Macs.

    Thank you for the suggestion, we have cleared the cache, and actually request the users do so about every 2 weeks due to other issues in Chrome.   We have CRM2016 on prem version.
