No, 283 is the highest you can go. You might need to get creative in shortening your labels but putting the longer text into the attribute descriptions so they appear as tooltips when you move your mouse over them instead.

How to do that in Power Apps Form (not at classic)?
There are options to change columns width, but where we can change label width?
    Fields Formatting

    The Formatting functions are unavailable.
If I switch to classic editor, than we can change the label width, but after Save and Publish, I do not see this effect on website and also at modern Power Apps editor.

I don't believe this setting is exposed in Unified Interface. The new interface is responsive for different sized devices, so I guess it doesn't make sense to specify the size of labels in pixels any longer.

I can agree that specify the size in of labels in pixels is not the best option, but lock wrap text option would solve the issue.

When we have 2 or more columns on the page, it looks bad:

    unordered rows
The labels are too narrow and the text fields are to wide and is not possible to get correct displayed table : table rows arranged in one row.
Of course when we change window size or we set with another screen resolution (different devices), the text field change displayed width, but label are still the same width.

if the text wrapping option cannot be blocked, how do you insert a table object?
