I have enabled the 2020 Release Wave 2 preview in our sandbox to test the new Enterprise-grade, fully customizable forecast features such as custom entity support for forecast roll-up and forecast hierarchy entities.

However, when I configure a forecast and activate it it just keeps loading forever. It has been doing this for more than two hours now:

I've seen this as we've been testing it as well.  Usually if I refresh and then go back and activate again it works right away.

I had a look at the forecasts I configured yesterday and now they are showing as activated. However, the next problem is, that I can't download the Simple data column template.

Have you had much luck testing the new forecasting features for Wave 2?  I've started to take a look at it and haven't really noticed much difference.  I was really interested in the support for multiple currencies but I don't really see what changed, maybe it just hasn't released yet?  I was curious as to your thoughts on some of the new features.

@Eric Veneziano I have been on vacation for the last couple of weeks so I haven't tested it further since then. However, I just checked up on it, an I'm still having the loading issue. I think I need to get in touch with support to get passed this.

With regards to the new features, they will be released sometime between August 3, 2020, and October 2020. Right now, it's only the custom entity support for forecast roll-up and forecast hierarchy entities that is available. At least in Europe.

I found a solution to my issue. 

Most of the processes related to Forecast were disabled. Activating them fixed the issue:
