Hello!
This question is in regards to the Dynamis 365 phone app specifically for ios system cause the Android version doesn't have the same problem.
Our CRM team has found out that for the newly released app, if we fully close the app in the background, we will need to put the log-in credentials each time we open the app. I wonder if anyone has noticed the same change. Is there a way that we can go around this feature by changing some security settings? It would be beneficial for our salespeople in the field if they don't need to log-in every time they try to use the app.
