We are using CRM Online version 9x customer engagement.
Is anyone having an issue with email body text not displaying in Chrome? The version of Chrome we are using 75.0.3770.80 (Official Build) (32-bit). It works okay in other browsers.
Reloading the page solves the issue but is rather inconvenient for our users.
It doesn't affect all emails and occasionally works fine. I can't determine any common characteristics apart from having attachments.#CustomerEngagementThanks,Martin
Martin,Some of our Users are having the same issue. When it happens we tell them to hit crtl+f5. That seems to get them through the day. I have a ticket open with MS and should be having a call with the support tech today/tomorrow. If i get any answers i'll post back...Thanks,
