Price List Currency must match currency of record error

    ​Hello,

    I am having an issue with one of my users.  Whenever she attempts to qualify a lead, she receives the error "The price list currency must match the currency of the record."  Her user profile is set up with US Dollars for currency and price list.  The lead has US Dollars, but I do not see price list on a lead record.  She is able to save it initially, but somewhere in the qualify process before it converts to an opportunity, the error message populates.

    There are 2 price lists on the user record and last time this happened, they did not match.  I verified both show as Default- US Dollar.

    Does anyone have any ideas as what may cause this?

    Jennifer,

    If the error is presented in a pop-up, you should be able to click a button to download the error details. The resulting text file will have useful information in it that should help narrow down where the problem is. If there is a workflow or plugin in the mix, it will be listed in the error details. Try that and see if it helps.

    I did download the file, but I cannot see anything specific within it.  I have only been doing CRM for a year, so I am still learning how to read the error details.  I have it attached.  Are you able to see anything specific to a workflow or plugin?

    I don't see any plugins or workflows in that call stack. It looks like all out-of-the-box operations. It does list an activity GUID in reference to the error rather than a contact or opportunity GUID. I'll see if I can find information about potential workarounds for errors in the qualify process. There is only one user having this problem, right?

    ​This has been resolved. We had a territory set up for a different currency, so once the territory was added to the price list, the lead was able to be qualified.
