  • 1.  Changing the Account Icon

    I'm looking to change the icon on our Account entity but the button to "Update Icons" is missing?  I am the system administrator.  Is this not possible?

    Account entity, no Update Icon button

    Hi @Bob Chang,

    As far as I am aware, you cannot change the icons for the out-of-the-box tables - only for custom tables.

    Do you mean changing the picture icon (like a logo or picture of a contact) on the record?  If that is the case then simply click on the displayed default icon and it will open the dialog to accept a different jpg/gif/png, etc.
