CRM 365 Portal - Related records in lookup not appearing

    Hi,

    I need help in getting list of related records in lookup field in Customer service portal.

    Expected result = lookup field should display account list where customer (account) of case is parent account.

    In CRM, I have already added lookup field in web - create case form and applied related record setting too. I can see expected data in lookup.

    In Portal, I can see lookup field but no data is appearing in it. I have tried adding Entity Form Metadata and the relationship in it but still no luck.

    It will be helpful if anyone can point out what is missing or have any alternate solution.

    Hi Neha

    In my experience, in most cases where data doesn't appear on the portal has to do with entity permissions.  Ensure that you have these properly configured and the account data will likely appear:

    Agree with Nick here, typically this is an entity permission issue. Check if you have setup an Entity Permission for the Account entity, and it will most likely need read, append, and append to.

    Lookup is working after creating correct Entity permission.
