    ​The explore CRM Pop Up Message continually comes up even after selecting "Don't Show this Again"

    It could be due to the way your browser handles the cache.  Have you tried another browser to see if you get the same results?  Also, if you are the system administrator for Dynamics you can go into the System Settings and turn this off for everyone (if you wish).

    Gayle, it may be a browser issue as Ben described. To turn these off for the organization if you are a system administrator go to Settings>System Settings>Administration and under General go to 'Set whether users see welcome screen' to no.

    Hi Gayle,
    Some of the users have faced this issue in our organization as well. We had set the "Display welcome screen to users when they sign in" to No for everyone. Emptying the cache fixed the issue for the impacted users. I would suggest doing that.
