    Hi all

    I am having a problem with with our network when trying to convert to the Unified Interface. When accessing an app on the UI, when it does connect it is very sluggish, but often appears with warning messages that connection has been lost or that we are working offline.

    On paper, our network meets the requirements and moving back to the Legacy UI instantly solves the issue.

    Has anyone experienced similar, or know where I should be looking to resolve this?

    Hi Jamie,

    Recently this happened to me after installing AdBlock plugin, I disabled the plugin and was able to use it without any issues. This happened to me in Chrome Browser.

    Could you please confirm if you have installed any extensions to your browser, if yes then try disabling them and see if the problem persist or not. Also please confirm which browser are you using? Can you switch the browser and see if the problem exist in other browsers or not?
