    We are, most likely, going to move our CRM online instances to a different tenant with Exchange online instead of Exchange on-prem.
    The current on-prem mailboxes will be migrated to Exchange online but users will also remain in current tenant for Teams and other applications.

    We are planning to start using the Outlook app right-away when the mailboxes are migrated.
    What do we need to be aware of when switching the mailboxes to the Outlook app instead of the client?
    I am wondering if all emails will be tracked again, like twice? How can we prevent issues like this?

    It would be very helpful if any tips or best practices could be shared also about the migration to a different tenant.
    We are also using SharePoint server side sync, a portal and data export for PowerBI, I assume these will also need to move?
