    ​Hi all and Happy Friday!
    Interested to hear from all of you on how you gather wish list items and then more importantly, how do you prioritize projects. 
    Today we gather wish list items through a number of channels (conversations, email, cases in CRM, Yammer posts).  We struggle a bit with how to prioritize the items and ensure we are planning out and allocating time and resources to the right items and projects. 
    We are looking to find something that will help all staff have a central area to submit ideas (regardless of what software or process change might be the end solution), for our support teams (IT, Marketing, Dynamics, Implementation and Adoption) to understand what is on everyone's plate, what is coming up, what is a common theme in requests, and help to collaborate to get things done more efficiently all the while finding the right balance between not taking too much time overanalyzing, but also ensuring we are not just serving the loudest voice all of the time is important to us.
