    Hi January,

If you are on the latest version of CRM Online / Dynamics 365 there is now integration with Office 365 Groups which provides a group calendar. In the screenshot below, this is a group associated with the company record called A.Datum

Then when you click on the "Open Calendar" link, it will show a shared calendar and all the members of that group.

If you are on-premises or have an older version of CRM; there are a couple of 3rd party group calendar apps. We have used the one from MTC a couple of times and find it to be a good option.

    Hi Mike,

Does the group calendar in the screenshot show appointments outside of Dynamics? For example appointments that were made in Outlook and not in Dynamics (not synced to Dynamics).

    Thanks!

Hi January, have you taken a look as GroupCalendar from mscrm-addons.com?

The GroupCalendar provides the possibility to display activities from multiple users, teams and resources. It supports several views with the option to define user-specific settings to meet individual requirements. Furthermore, the GroupCalendar enables users to easily reschedule activities via a drag-and-drop functionality.

I Have and it seems a bit high on price, we would not be needing it for the entire company it would only be one specific group
