I know I can search in an Advanced find for customer who have purchased a certain product looking in Sales History and Sales History Lines, but it it possible to search for customers who have not purchased a product.

    Customer Entity
        Sales History Entity
Shipment Date in the last year
            Sales History Line Entity
                Product not equal "ABC"

I don't want return customers who are in the pool of purchasing Item ABC, but they show up if they've purchased other products becuause the sales line is not equal to item ABC.  I think more of a dataset question.

I already have an SSRS report that does this, but I'm not sure if you can do this in an advanced find.

    We're on CRM 2011 CU13 on premise.

Any advice or comment is welcome.

    Thanks,

    Tim,

There is no way for you to get what you need with Advanced Find but there is a work around.

Create a Marketing List and add all companies/accounts as members of the new list. Use the Manage Members button to then remove all companies who have purchased Product ABC from the list, you end up with a list of companies who have not purchased it.

    Does that make sense?
