I know I can search in an Advanced find for customer who have purchased a certain product looking in Sales History and Sales History Lines, but it it possible to search for customers who have not purchased a product.

    Customer Entity
        Sales History Entity
Shipment Date in the last year
            Sales History Line Entity
                Product not equal "ABC"

I don't want return customers who are in the pool of purchasing Item ABC, but they show up if they've purchased other products becuause the sales line is not equal to item ABC.  I think more of a dataset question.

I already have an SSRS report that does this, but I'm not sure if you can do this in an advanced find.

    We're on CRM 2011 CU13 on premise.

Any advice or comment is welcome.

    Thanks,

You aren't able to do a query looking for a parent record that doesn't have a specific child record using the advanced find.

In this case you could find the results without a report by using a marketing list.

Create a static account marketing list and add all accounts via advanced find. Then use the advanced find to remove members feature with the query you described below to remove the accounts that DID purchase that given product. The result would be a list of accounts who did not purchase. Obviously though a report is probably better because you can reproduce the results more quickly.
