While there are multiple ways to implement notifications (Power Automate, Workflows, In-App Notifications), there seems to be an assumption made from the outset that the creation, maintenance, and enhancements are to be made by system administrators.
This is nearly impossible to scale if you have a large user base that wants the freedom to create their own series of notifications.
Has anyone run into this issue?
Moreover, has anyone been able to leverage a piece of technology and paired it with a defined process that allows users to create and maintain their own personalized notifications, without the overwhelming burden on system administrators?
