1.  Trouble editing existing published articles in Dynamics CRM 365

We are on #Dynamics365, and have been experiencing some issues when trying to edit an existing article.  When we "unpublish" the article in order to edit, we get a Platform Evaluation Engine Error on older articles from 2016.  With more recent articles we have created when we "unpublish" and try to edit Purpose/Procedure/Additional Comments & click save, none of the changes save.

Has anyone else experienced this in #Dynamics365 (or any other version of CRM like#CRM2016) have any advice on how to fix?  Thank you in advance!

Are you using on-premise Dynamics 365 or online Dynamics 365?

@Julie Rosenfeldt Did it occur after an upgrade or did it just start to happen all of a sudden?

Hi Julie,

The update cycle of D365 is introducing instability.  Often, we create a new, fresh instance on Monday and have issue by Tuesday.  The latest version V9.0 is out if you create a new Instance.  If you are on 8.1 or 8.2 the upgrade to v9.0 may resolve your issue.
