App for Outlook error (v9)

    Hi all,
    We're on Dynamics 365 Online v9.0 and using App for Outlook.  A user noticed the below error message which appears when opening the App.  The message appears periodically but after clicking OK nothing happens.  If you close and re-open the App, the message doesn't reappear.


    Does anyone know what this error means?

    I've heard from a couple of others who also have this error.  I think your best best is to log a support call with Microsoft, if it is still an issue.

    If you click on Show Details does it give you any more helpful information?  Also, does this happen in the Outlook desktop client, webmail, or both?

    Thanks for the replies.  Here are the details, not very helpful but at least has a time stamp so if I do raise a support ticket with Microsoft I can give them this.  This is the error on the desktop client.  We don't use webmail.

    Hi all,
    I believe I may have worked out what the error means.  I spotted the bar that shows the tracking status (e.g Tracked regarding) should appear above the Recipients.  In the below screen show you can see that the bar isn't showing.  When I close the App and re-open it, I don't get the error and the bar is showing.  This makes sense as the error is saying an object wasn't found.  I've raised a support call with Microsoft and will be speaking with an engineer later today.  I'll post the outcome on this thread.
