Our quarterly meeting was held yesterday at the beautiful TaylorMade Golf Company facility where our hosts treated us like GOLF PROS!  Our largest group yet, 34 of us gathered for an afternoon of learning and networking.  Here are the highlights:

    • New features and services from ClickDimensions – thanks Rick Simkins and also for bringing prizes!
    • Updates on Power Platform World Tour and Flow – thanks Carol Smock from RSM and Sissy Bottcher from AlphaBold, both active CRMUG Chapter Leaders!
    • Eye-catching demo of Hurrah! which illustrated how Advanced Test Equipment Corp recognizes inside sales reps – thanks long-time member Chris Reed!
    • Detailed images of TaylorMade's use of the Unifed Service Desk features, provided in the new UCI format that brought up even more interest and questions – thanks Graham Dupar of TaylorMade and Tayyab Ali of AlphaBold!

The session concluded with discussion groups formed around needs identified by attendees and a chance to get questions answered and new connections made.  To finish out our afternoon we were treated to a private tour of the TaylorMade facility, including an exclusive area where golf pros can test out new TaylorMade best-in-class equipment.

Special thanks to our hosts lead by Craig Schneider.  This was an excellent location and enhanced by prizes generously donated by TaylorMade.

Sorry you missed this one?  Mark the date for the spring meeting on Thursday, May 7th at the new RSM facility in Sorrento Valley!  Our opening keynote will be on Digital Transformation, followed by the usual variety of demos and applications.  The meeting will be capped off with ocean views and wine tasting!  Watch for more details coming soon.
