    I had a workflow with a loop in it.  The workflow and the record it was being run against have been deleted but the system job keeps running.  I have over 5k jobs I need to cancel/delete but can only bring up 250 at a time.  I tried bulk delete but that job says "waiting for resources".  How do I cancel all jobs immediately?  This is an emergency.  Please help!

    Hi @Suzanne Oliver,
    Did you go via Settings > Data Management > Bulk Record Deletion for the bulk delete?
    If not you can specify what job you want to delete by its name as per below.

    Although this will only delete the jobs that have occured in the past but you can set up a re-occuring ​job once you go through to the one of the screens after hitting Next.

    You may want to raise a support ticket with Microsoft to see if they can find out why the job is still running.
