    Looking for some creative methods that people use. How do you handle contacts that exist in multiple places that you want to have in the CRM? For instance, a single contact that is in multiple users Outlook contacts, and could also be in other databases as well?

    Hi Jordan,
    We have a product called Paribus 365 Search and Detect which allows users to see any matching records for the given Contact record they are on, providing a 360-degree view of the contact. This is especially handy when adding records as it prevents users from adding a duplicate if the Contact already exits.

    While the Outlook Contacts should sync to D365 CE so those should be visible as well, Paribus can be customized to pull from other data sources, if needed.
