1.  Adding Case information to Queue Items view

Hi all,
We want to have Case information available on our Queue Items views so that if a queue item relates to an existing case, then we can see that from the view without having to open the queue item.  We're able to bring in Object (Activity) and Object (Email) fields but when I add Object (Case) the fields are all blank even when a queue item relates to a case.


Has anyone been able to bring Case information into their Queue Items views or can suggest what we might need to do?

Not sure why those values from Case are blank for you, Mark. It should be able to pull the values just fine. (See screenshot) Do the fields that you are trying to pull in to this view have values?
