I have a request from a sales manager who is wanting to implement an internal referral program, and wants an efficient way to capture and process.-Capture Referral (which will be a Lead, and the referring staff person)-Have it verified that there is NOT an existing Opportunity in CRM-Then (after verification) notify the referring person of the status of either a "Verified Lead" or "Existing Opportunity" (meaning not a Lead).
The referring employee would get a referral bonus if it lead to a won sale.I have my own design ideas, but would like to know if others have encountered similar request and configured within CRM (simple outline/diagram of design would be helpful).We have ClickDimensions, so will likely have our marketing team design a form on our website (without inclusion in search) and form capture reference.
