We are preparing for our move to the Sales Hub next year. In my review of the functionality in the Sales Hub, I noticed that the Disqualify button in the command bar isn't working - "no options available". When I add the Status and Status Reason in the process bar, I am able to disqualify the lead. This is the same in all of our Sales Hub environments. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this issue? Thank you!
