Thanks Sue! I love my DMV Chapter leaders too! We are excited for a great 2017! (And you should come to our upcoming meetings in DC on 2/22 and in Reston on 3/9!)

There are two great tips I have received via CRMUG that deserve a shout out
1. Patrick Wright informed me you can use the wild card search (*) not just to do a contains search but also to indicate that there is data between two entries - ex. search for a phone number by "*555*123*4567" to eliminate any formatting issues

2. Britta Scampton talked about Real Time workflows at Summit 2015 and said you can use these to throw back errors and even include the users name. I love this tip and can't wait to use it!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Hi all,

Last night, the kiddos and my wife asked for "Cherry Berry" for Valentines day.   I wish all of those as part of the "Summit EMEA" and "Focus 17" programming committees could of joined me for a treat they no doubt deserve.  These folks help make CRMUG events what they are!  Dynamics 365/CRM knowledge and learning comes from the community, thanks to these folks for helping us lead!

p.s. We'll be planning CRMUG Summit 2017 (Nashville) later this spring.  If anyone is interested i joining the "programming committee" now is the time to ping me offline ( or message me.
