Lead Form Issue

Has anyone noticed any strange lead form behavior recently? The lead form configuration shows a first name, last name, and full name (which pulls the first and last together) but both the classic web and the hub view of the lead form is exhibiting two different, unexpected behaviors:

    Form configuration

    Pre-save (expected behavior)

    Post Save (expected behavior)

Flyout no longer shows last name:

Sales Hub doesn't show full name field, rather duplicates first/last

Already verified the lead form is set up properly. Even tried removing the name fields and re-adding them. Any ideas on what I could check next?

    Hi Rosemarie

Sales Hub is UCI and composite fields are currently not supported here.

    See http://develop1.net/public/post/2018/04/28/Unified-Client-Form-Properties-Cheat-Sheet

I'm not seeing the issue with the popup.

Thanks, Donal! I found that having the name and the first/last fields on the form was duplicative. Simply having the name field does two things: renders the composite name on the lead form in the classic web along with the two separate fields on the flyout, and separates first/last on the lead form in the new UI (because, as you mention, the composite field is not supported there).
