I have posted an enhancement request on the Microsoft Connect site titled: Ability to view Dynamics CRM as another user's security role
I have had many occasions when configuring/customizing CRM that it would be nice to be able to see the system as the end user would see it. Also, this could help with troubleshooting with an end user. There are times when I can't connect to an end user with screen sharing and have literally talk them through the troubleshooting over the phone.
Please vote as this would be a great option/feature to have.
