Happy Monday Dynamics Community!
Fall days as beautiful as last Thursday are common here in Denver, but when we can pair the day with the Q4 CRMUG chapter meeting; well we cannot imagine anything getting much better!
The Q4 chapter meeting brought the community together at the Denver Public Library; for the DPL, this was their first time hosting a chapter meeting and they sure made it memorable. Much appreciation to @Gretchen Garcia and DPL for opening up your facility to us!
The Denver community received a terrific Member Showcase from the DPL business applications team, @Gretchen Garcia, @Todd Darnell, @Miguel Bustamante and @Christopher Evjy, demonstrating how their CRM deployment allows them to stay engaged and out in front of Library events and customers' needs. Their CRM implementation truly shows how unique and diverse this CE platform can be when implemented in organizations that we traditionally do not think of as needing a CRM system
Microsoft is in a full-court press these days, getting the word and knowledge out in the community about all things Power Platform. To help us understand and navigate what P.P. is and what it does, the Denver chapter was treated to a sensationally informative educational session present by @Julie Yack. Denver is genuinely fortunate to have Julie in our neighborhood; having an MVP as a resource right in our back yard ensures we will always be at the forefront of Microsoft happenings.
Thank you to everyone who attended, shared, and participated in the conversation. We closed out this chapter year on a high note, and are very excited about where the road is taking this Denver chapter next year. See you all in 2020!
Your CRMUG-Denver Chapter leadership
