Is there a way that is approved by Microsoft to add no follow/no index/disallow for our CRM systems, particularly our test system?

Hi Donna, I do not believe there is a supported method to remove specific records from search results. You can remove entire entities (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/portals/search#rebuild-full-search-index) and you can disable search via the checkbox upon configuring the entity itself. One workaround that may be possible is to deactivate records that you do not want to show up in search results. In most cases, these inactive records will not appear (unless the view itself is built to show inactive records as well). If you are not using active/inactive for something else already, this may be a very good use case for it.
