    Hello!

    Was wondering if anyone has come across the new Dynamics 365 App for Outlook menu pane not rendering properly, and if so, how you fixed it?

    We have started deploying the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook to groups of our users, however a majority of the users are not having the menu pane actually show the icons.  If you hover over where an icon will be it will show the menu, but they just won't render.

    Any help would be appreciated!!

    Behind the scenes, webpages rendered in Outlook are rendered in Internet Explorer.

    We have had issues with the App for Outlook, e.g. just showing a blank page, where it simply helped to clear the cache of Internet Explorer. 

    There is a guide from CRM Tip of The Day explaining how you can clear the cache of Internet Explorer.
