    I am using ClickLearn SW to create informational videos/trainings for CRM D365.  Wondering if any of you are doing the same. If not ClickLearn, what are you using for training materials?  Most interested to learn how you entice your audience to use the materials.   I have over 1000 Users and only a small portion have viewed the videos.

    I made my own training videos using Camtasia software. We incorporate quiz questions in the videos to check users' comprehension of the content.
    We post the videos on Screencast where we can see they they watched the content and quiz results.
    Users are required to watch the videos and take the quiz before they are granted Write access to CRM D365.

    Hi Jeanne, 

    I use ClickLearn.  I have found that putting a link in the Customer Service Hub and Sales Hub seems to help the users.  We mostly use Cases for our customer service work, and we have a very simple form, so there is not a lot of training needed.  I have created about 30 training docs for our Sales and Customer Service teams, and it really only gets used when we introduce something new.  I remind managers all the time that they need to do reviews of the training docs to make sure they are still accurate and understood by the team.  When a new hire comes in I always send a link to the document portal when I get them set up in CRM.

    I had a real hard time getting the reporting to work before we moved to Attain.  Now I get what I need which helps me know which managers to target to remind them of the training that is available.

    We will be adding some new functionality in the coming months, so I hope it will increase the use of the trainings again.
