We are running 2010 Outlook with On-Premise 2015 CRM. The CRM Outlook Add-In is causing Slowness and Freezing. After reading several blogs this seems to be a consistent issue. We are a brand new CRM customer, what is the Web Client and will adopting this provide a better user experience? Also, is this the most recent download for web client - Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 Guide: Web Client Installation and Administration Guide?
