    I am looking forward to our continued discussion on workflows in our organizations. As we discussed at our Chapter Meeting on August 8th, we will be holding a conference call on Monday, August 19th at 9:00am CDT to share our victories and struggles with workflows. This is an opportunity to bring your specific questions and learn from other users experiences.

    There may also be some places still available for the CRMUG Academy training at Summit 2013 on "Building Workflows in the Real World", which will give you some great tips on getting round some of the most awkward situations in your workflow designs.

    This Academy training course and the shorter Summit How2 session on Workflows will also include content relating to changes in CRM 2013 ("Orion").
