Most of the businesses using our CRM system are manufacturers and have a traditional ERP system to handle the billing and invoicing, but I have one group that does internal (with minimal external) development work and are wondering if they could handle this effectively via CRM.
Does anyone have experience with this that would be willing to talk with us about what you've done at your company, lessons learned, etc?
