The next CRMUG Cleveland meeting is just a week away!

We hope you can join us Wednesday, June 24th from 1 until 4 for our virtual CRMUG Cleveland meeting. We have two educational sessions planned.

Bob Wittig of Alithya will help us understand the variety of opportunities to integrate CRM/D365 with other Microsoft products. There are integration opportunities whether you have an on-premise or online instance of CRM/D365.

Christine Eltz from ClickLearn will show us how we can use ClickLearn to record a process as you execute it and, then, generate a video, Word document and./or PowerPoint document suitable for training, test scripts, or organization/process specific help. If you have every manually created such a document by typing and using the snipping tool, you know how much time a tool that automatically records the process could save! ClickLearn is a D365UG Customer Engagement sponsor for 2020 but ClickLearn is not a tool designed just for D365. There are connectors that permit using it to document other systems. It is applicable to on-premise and online instances of CRM/D365.

We look forward to "seeing" you on Wednesday. Please use the link below to register for the meeting.

It's not too late to plan to join us on Wednesday afternoon. The meeting is virtual so no need to commute, find parking, etc,; just great content and conversation.

Have you ever thought about integrating SharePoint with CRM/D365? What about Yammer or Teams? Join us as Bob Wittig shows us the variety of integration opportunities between D365 and other Microsoft Applications.

Do you dread the tedious job of manually creating training documents in Word by typing descriptions of the steps taken and pasting in screen prints of the D365 screen? There is another way! ClickLearn records the steps you take to complete a process then generates a Word document, PowerPoint, and or video. Scripts can even be automated to use in testing. Join us as Christine Eltz shows us how ClickLearn can make the process of creating documentation much more efficient and accurate.

We hope you can join us! Please use the link below to register for the meeting.
