    Hello CRM community,  I'm reaching out here to see if anyone has had any experience with the Ribbon...mainly it's undocumented peculiarities.  We've had very strange things happen regarding the ribbon.  Just as an FYI, we are under #CRM2016 On-Premise.  I'll list here our top 4:

    1.  The ribbon all of a sudden mysteriously disappears from any certain form.  The only work around this has been to open up the form in the form editor and do a save-as to make a clone of the form.  On the new form, we get the Ribbon back.   Sometimes all we do is Publish All Customizations, without doing anything else, and that gets it back.
    2.  We have an entity for which the "Save and Close" button does not appear on the form.  We've used the Ribbon Workbench tool to check the issue and have seen this button being hidden.  We've un-hidden the button, and published.  We can now see the button in the Ribbon Workbench after publishing and reloading the solution.  However, after deploying the solution, this button still does not display on the form.
    3.  After going from 2011 to 2016 we've seen many forms which had the "Save and New" button available now completely gone off the ribbon. Some say Microsoft has deprecated that button, others say they've only hidden it.  Using the Ribbon Workbench we see that it's there but it's got a display rule which always hides it.  We've removed this rule, and now the button shows up.  However, it's now very buggy.  You may be able to save once, but upon the next subsequent saves it loses the related regarding entity.
    4. I've had cases where not all ribbon buttons or links that display on the form appear in the Workbench.  I've needed to move and re-order buttons to meet business needs better.  I've been able to move only those that show for me in the Workbench.  I've no idea why others would not, I'm attaching an example here.
