    I'm trying to setup a goal to measure the count of multiple activity types which represent "customer touches".  Basically, how many times during the week did my sales person engage the customer.

    It seems that the Goal Metrics and Roll Up Queries will only allow reference to only 1 entity type.  I'd want to include phone calls, appointments, etc, all of which are "activities", but Dynamics considers them different entities.

    I could measure separately, but really didn't want a separate goal for each activity type.

    Any suggestions?
