    Hi everyone,

    Microsoft Canada with Katie Cook alongside the Collaborate Canada Programming Committee below are getting behind Dynamics 365 and the User Community in wanting to foster adoption and success with the entire Microsoft Business Application portfolio. 

    Key Dates:

    • Vancouver – Week of September 16th, 2019 – TBD (confirming soon)
    • OttawaTuesday, September 24th
    • TorontoThursday, September 26th

    There are details to submit through early June in our "Call for Proposals" link and I ask that you and other customers and experts consider contributing to this 2-week tour throughout these cities in September.

    Aside from other Microsoft sessions coming from Microsoft Canada, here is some background to the intent of content if it helps!

    D365UG/CRMUG - Technical 

     

    Extensibility and Application enhancements will be the focus of this track.  Topics may spend time on both code and no-code customizations and technical considerations that enable Dynamics 365/CRM to work better for an organization.  Code consideration topics should include all means to extend and enhance Dynamics 365/CRM.  Meanwhile, no-code customization and enhancements leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Flow, CDS, etc.) or other out of the box capabilities are encouraged to be shared and explored in sessions pertaining to this track.   

     

    Developers, Application Engineers, Experienced 365/CRM Project Owners or Administrators, Business Analysts, or other IT Professionals 

    D365UG/CRMUG - Functional 

     

    This track will feature and encourage demonstration and best practice sharing on any and all Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement or legacy Dynamics CRM functional use scenarios to help attendees and organizations better utilize the capabilities and feature sets within the application.  Topics of interest may include examples and product demonstrations across Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing, Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Artificial Intelligence & Analytics, Power BI, Flow, Power Apps, Portals, Business Rules, Advanced Finds, Data Management, Business Process Flows, Workflows, Omni-channel, Excel/Word Templates, etc. and the list goes on and on!  What tips and best practices will you share? 

     

    Dynamics 365/CRM Administrators, IT professional, 

     Business Users, Power Users, Department leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Service entities   

    D365UG/CRMUG - Public Sector (Ottawa Only) 

     

    Microsoft Canada and all known entities within the Canadian government are encouraged to share user adoption and best practice strategies in utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365. This track will be held in the Ottawa event only!  Any and all application apps across Dynamics 365 can be shared including the Microsoft Power Platform utilizing a Dynamics 365 data set.  Sessions can include demonstrations and best practice using the apps, tips for user adoption and success, panel discussions in how the department adopted and is using the technology or common pitfalls to avoid. 

    Dynamics 365/CRM Administrators, IT professional, Business Users, Power Users, Department leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Service entities utilizing Dynamics 365 in a government or municipal capacity.
