It's not easy to be me, which is why I need you and miss you.......I apologize for my absence!

If you must know I was in the middle of a CRM upgrade and lost track of time!! HA!! Sorry to have missed the group and the meeting again, sometimes life and life events happen when you least expect it. But never fear, I will be back very soon...(June)!!

Well, I heard last Thursday was educational, informative and helpful, as always! Hope the new year is treating everyone right. A recap from December if you forgot, it was our fun event and celebration for our Chapter of the Year. Our goal is to continue being a great chapter (we knew we were even before our award)! If you have ideas, presentations, tips, or anything you want to learn and discuss please reach out to the group and we will do it!

We will upload a few pics from Thursday, John has already posted his presentation and we will get the rest of the materials posted as well.

We will see everyone in June (as the weather is heating up) at Burns and McDonnell (one of my favorite places). I am sure we will learn more about what is happening with CRM at Burns, continue our Tip of the Quarter and of course have some fun!

See you all in June!! That's only 101 days away...

Regarding the question about qualifying related leads during the peer discussion, I suggested it could be done using Microsoft Flow.

Check out the blog posting -  Convert Related Leads Solved using Microsoft Flow that walks you through how to set up a Flow to accomplish it.

Thank you, Jerry! This is very helpful! I'm sorry I hijacked that part of the meeting--I hope it was useful to others as well.

If anyone wants to come to our free beer + learn I mentioned that's happening next week, you are all welcome! It's free (and so is the beer!), and we'll be discussing how to set goals and KPIs for marketing campaigns. Informational, no pressure or commitment, and we'll have basketball on when we're not presenting ;)
