    For the past 1 week we are experiencing delays in loading email forms. When the user opens an email and clicks on Reply or Reply All or Forward it takes a minimum of 20-30 seconds for the form to load. I initially thought this is a general storage issue that is causing the delay and it keeps occurring even after purchasing additional storage. I have a Microsoft ticket open for few days now and they cant seem to figure it out what's going on. I'm hoping you guys can help me figure this out if we are missing something. So far we have done the following:
    1. Purchased additional storage.
    2. Microsoft identified a scribe job that might be causing this - we paused all jobs and this issue is still occurring.
    3. Disable java script on the form
    4. They have taken fiddler logs and some performance management logs.
    5. Disabled few plug ins they thought might be causing this issue.

    Is there anything we are missing, what else can we look at? Please advise.

    Are you using online or on prem version?
    In case you are using online version you should check the diagnostics of your instance using the below url
    https://yourdynamicsinstanceurl/tools/diagnostics/diag.aspx by replacing your dynamics instance url

    By doing so, you will have a first glance of the issue facing.
