My company is jumping from MSCRM 2011 to Dynamics 365 v9. It is such a drastic difference, I don't know what to anticipate everything that my users will need. I want to hear from other admins who have gone through a major CRM upgrade - a jump of 2 versions or more. What was your experience how the users accepted the changes and what would you do differently to encourage user adoption?Are you in the Texas (Houston) Chapter?
