    Our next Houston meeting is on November 8th from 10am to 2pm.  You will get lunch if you register to attend.

    A bunch of us just got back from Summit and I rooked most of them into giving us an update on the favorite thing they learned!

    So Brooke, Nathan, Ajit, Nhung, Diane, Angel, Joe, Rebecca and Deborah, please reply with what topic you would like to inform us.  If anyone else has learned something new too that you have or want to implement please also reply.

    Come with your questions and issues.  We'll have an open forum to discuss them.

    I picked up some of the ice-breaker cards that were on the dining tables.  Thought this might be good for our open forum at the end.  I'll moderate this piece and will advise on the session topic.

    It depends on what the people want - I can maybe just do some highlights from my session on our sales and marketing process collaboration, or I can recap my favorite session - beyond adoption, delivering business outcomes (from the leadership track).

    A few of you filled out the survey last time and asked for the following:
    • Complex relationship entity mapping through a parent/child record.
    • Anything in Field Service Best practices for Account set up when ERP has complex BT's/SH's .
    • CRM App for Outlook.

    I'll take a crack at these for the meeting (I happened to go to the App for Outlook session at Summit!).
