    We are using the D365 App for Outlook and it works great, however, recently I have noticed that if an email that is marked "Set Regarding" that it keeps the entire conversation string in CRM (good), and also if that email is forwarded to someone internally that message continues to update CRM (not as good).

    Is it possible to only have communications back and from from the actual person that the email was set regarding to be tracked in CRM?  I'm trying to avoid filling up CRM with back and forths internally.
