We're looking into using Campaigns to better track how people are interacting with us. One issue I can't figure out is how to connect an Appointment to a Campaign. These are appointments (or tasks) we are putting in Outlook and tracking/set regarding into Dynamics. How do we show those appointments are from a particular campaign? I can figure out how to get contacts associated with campaigns, but not appointments. Ideas? Any ideas or insight is appreciated. Thank you!
Hi Keri~If I'm understanding your question correctly, you can create a new field in the Appointment table (entity) where the type = Lookup (4) and make the Campaign table your Target Record Type (5):
